How to control your Anger
There lived a saint called Eknath. He had many many good quality he was silent,calm,composed and never ever lost temper because of his good quality many used to come have his darshan and seek his blessings and became very famous. A wealthy man of same town was jealous. so, he found a man and promised
him that he would give him a good amount of wealth if he makes eknath lose his temper.
One day when Eknath was returning home after taking bath from river this man sat spat at Eknath. but, Eknath did not get angry,disturb he went back to the river and took bath again this happened for 108 times. When Eknath was returning home after taking 108 times of bath this mam fell out of speech and begging for forgiveness. Just i got tempted by this rich man promising me to give me good amount of wealth for making you lose your temper please forgive me.
Eknath lifted him told him thank you today is my great day for making me get bath in holy river for 108 times. But, atlast if you have been promised for such good wealth i would have reacted for the very first time you spat at me. I would have got angry for your benefit.
Krishna in bhagavad gita says that there are three gates leading to hell.
1.Lust
2. Anger
3. Greed
In our day to day life we all encounter many provocations many situation we can get angry.
Krishna talks about many principles in geeta. If we take those apply in our day to day life in such situation you will react intelligently rather then reacting mindlessly and losing our temper.
